This is where my love for food began to take shape.
I received a degree in Pastry Arts from The Chef's Academy in Indianapolis, In. After that journey was over I took a number of bakery positions in Indianapolis, Louisville, and across the ocean. I've settled here in Louisville, Kentucky with my dog, Zangief and began looking for the next chapter.
My love of pastry has never interfered with my love of a great meal. And I decided to combine it with the love of a great budget!
